I've only been to maybe a couple real "old-skool" diners in St. Louis, and it wasn't until a couple weeks ago I finally went to one of the Courtesy Diner restaurants. Went during dinner time (5-ish) and surprisingly I was the only person there. But as I was leaving, people started coming in. I had the chili mac (the largest; they have two sizes) and an order of fries. Both came out very great. The only thing that was missing was parmesan cheese (didn't know if I had to ask for it...) but they had hot sauce on the table, which made up for it. It was just the cook and the waitress, who were keeping busy while it was dead. Service was great. Would go back to any location.

The Laclede Station Road location is among the very best, of diner dining at its finest! As new and now repeat customers, management and their staff are consistently welcoming and friendly, there is barely ever a long wait, the location is handy with ample parking, the restaurant is neat and clean, the menu is varied and available 24/7, condiments are on the table and the food is always piping hot and accurate, order after order...

I'm a old time diner buff from way back. Simple comfort foods wrapped in stainless steel and I'm on it. I especially love mom and pop run places that have been around for centuries for a good reason. Courtesy Diner is just such a place. I got a friendly greeting and helpful service. Great wholesome home cooked food that was flavorful and hit the spot. If you're in town and want to sit down a get good home style food at a good price with a smile you've got to swing in. I was here for dinner but they do breakfast all day. Just bring cash because cards are not excepted.

Other than having to pay cash, which I now appreciate given the elite globalist push for central bank digital currency, Courtesy Diner has been a favorite of mine for over 25 years. I'm enjoying the Hoosier and French toast right now. Service is always very friendly; the food is delicious, incredibly fast, and the prices are of course, very affordable. I LOVE CD! Tip your servers well! Servers are super friendly, work hard, don't get paid much and they actually deserve a nice tip, unlike most fast food restaurants that started adding tips to their cashier process. That's a joke.

What a awsome experience here yesterday, Actually woke up on breakfast just didn't know where I was ending up.. But being here was perfect and really exciting.. actually made my day the food was awsome everything from the bacon to the eggs , the pancakes.. and the hash brown I'll definitely be back here and as soon as I can ... thanks for a very delightful breakfast! Let's say parking was very easy even finding a seat and the food was fresh and fast ..

Stopped by for a quick breakfast. I had a Rodeo Omelette, which has cheese hamburger onions and chili on top. Of course it's nothing without the renowned Courtesy chili, which I love. I lived it for sure. Comes with toast for 7.45. Good cheap food. Friendly service and quick. FYI, hours are reduced and they are NOT 24/7...only opend 24 hrs of. Thursday and Friday.
